Equilibrio is a single-player casual puzzle game in which players need to guide a ball to the exit of each level by tilting the playfield. To move the ball, players tilt the game environment using various controls depending on the platform, such as tilting the Wii Remote or leaning on the Wii Balance Board in the Wii version. The game features fragile balls that must be carefully navigated to avoid falling or touching deadly obstacles like spikes or acid pools. Set across 64 levels (or 60 on the iPhone), the game challenges players with a variety of objectives and increasing difficulty, which adapts to the player's skill level. It includes five different game modes, from a conquest mode where players unlock levels sequentially to more challenging Challenge levels. Players can skip levels if desired, and each level tracks its own high scores. Equilibrio stands out with its inclusion of five special balls, each with unique abilities such as rubber, paper, or steel, adding strategic depth. The game also offers multiplayer modes for up to four players on the Wii, enhancing its replayability and social aspect. Its combination of physics-based puzzles, adaptive difficulty, and multiplayer features make it a distinctive casual puzzle experience.
